Requirements: Selection criteria: • Academic degree (minimum bachelor) in relevant areas such as monitoring and evaluation, nutrition, public health or any other related field • At least 3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably in a nutrition related field • Strong knowledge of MEL frameworks development, data collection tools and data analysis technics focusing on nutrition principles and indicators • Demonstrated ability to interact and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders both verbally and in writing as well as think strategically and systematically • Demonstrated ability to interact and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders both verbally and in writing as well as think strategically and systematically • Proven knowledge of Data Management methods and applications ND Knowledge in digital data collection, management and analyses • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Tetum and minimum good English oral and written • Demonstrated ability to utilize Microsoft Office applications
